Terms of Use
Pebbl shows one sponsored line in your AI coding tool's wait state and pays you a share of the ad revenue. By installing Pebbl you agree to these terms.
What you earn
You earn 50% of net ad revenue attributable to the ads shown on your machine, credited per impression and per click. We may increase this share over time. “Net ad revenue” means amounts actually collected from advertisers, less payment-processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and any amounts reversed for fraud or invalid traffic.
Getting paid
- Payouts are self-serve once your balance crosses the minimum threshold (currently ₹50).
- Payments are made by UPI (India) or Stripe, on or about a monthly cycle, after basic identity verification.
- You are responsible for your own taxes. Applicable TDS or other withholding may apply under Indian law.
What counts as a valid impression
An impression counts only when an ad is genuinely rendered for at least five seconds during active, human-initiated work, with Pebbl properly installed. A click counts as 50 impressions against the advertiser. We meter and cross-check server-side.
What's not allowed
To keep the marketplace honest, you must not use:
- Scripted or automated editors, replayed or forged events, idle loops, or anything that simulates attention
- Click farms or automated clicking
- Multiple accounts, account networks, or device pooling (one account per person)
- Any attempt to tamper with or circumvent measurement
Violations forfeit affected earnings and may result in account termination. Honest use stays comfortably inside every limit.
Advertisers
An ad is one short text line, a destination URL, and an optional icon. Ads may not contain or link to malware, phishing, deceptive destinations, illegal products, or misleading claims. Pebbl may reject or pull any campaign that violates these standards without refund of impressions already served.
Not affiliated with the tools we run inside
Pebbl is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Cursor, or any other tool vendor. Pebbl adjusts the visual presentation of your coding tool on your own machine, at your direction. You are responsible for ensuring your employer's or organisation's policies permit running Pebbl, and you can remove it at any time with a single command.
As-is; limitation of liability
Pebbl is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the greater of ₹10,000 or the amounts paid or owed to you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages or for advertiser conduct.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; you may withdraw an above-threshold balance before account closure.
Who operates Pebbl
Pebbl is operated by Billionaire Technologies, a micro-enterprise registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-RJ-17-0593856). Contact: support@pebbl.space.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
