How Pebbl works
Pebbl shows one tasteful sponsored line in your AI coding tool's “thinking” wait state, and shares the ad revenue with you. We're built to be the *trustworthy* one - so here's exactly how it works, in the open.
What Pebbl NEVER touches
- Your source code or files - never read, stored, or sent
- Your prompts or the AI's responses
- Your keystrokes, terminal output, or browsing
- Your raw IP address - we derive only your city for relevant ads, and store just that
What Pebbl uses
- Your account (email) and a token that links your devices
- Ad events: which ad showed, when, for how long, on which surface - to count impressions and pay you
- Your city (from your network, never the raw IP) - to show India-relevant ads
- Your earnings ledger and payout requests
What you earn
You keep 50% of the ad revenuefrom ads shown on your machine - credited per impression. House/filler ads (when no brand is paying) earn nothing, because there's no revenue behind them. Request a payout once you cross ₹50; we send it to your UPI.
It's your choice, always
Pebbl is opt-in. It adds a line to your tool's wait state with your permission, and you can remove it any time with a single command. Ads are reviewed before they run - no malware, no scams, no junk.
